Bimota Moto2 - Tesi

Vi avevo già parlato di questo "work in progress" di Bimota (link e link), oggi vi allego una foto con l'ultima livrea usata in gara e un video registrato allo scorso EICMA che mostra il sistema sterzante usato.

I just told you of this "work in progress" by Bimota (link e link), today I post a picture with the last fairing used on a race and a video recorded at last EICMA it shows you the steering system used.

Moto2 Tesi

Un lettore dopo aver letto il mio post sulla nuova probabile Tesi per la Moto2 (clicca), mi ha consigliato una lettura interessante. Grazie del consiglio. La BR Bike Research ha pubblicato il seguente comunicato sul proprio sito:
Realizzati i prototipi del telaio, del forcellone e della forcella anteriore della nuova Bimota Moto 2 Tesi.
Sfida tecnologica di assoluta rilevanza destinata alle competizioni che aveva come obiettivo la realizzazione di una moto laboratorio in grado di fornire le necessarie informazioni sul comportamento dei materiali compositi.
La BR Bike Research è la stessa azienda che si è occupata del telaio in carbonio della DB7 Oro Nero.

A reader wrote to me, after he read my post about the new probabily Tesi for Moto2 ((click), he suggest me to read something of interest. Thanks for you suggestion. The BR Bike Research published this press realese on its web site (I translate for you):
The prototype of chassis, swingarm and front fork were built for new Bimota Moto2 Tesi.
Amazing technological challenge built for race only, the target was the realization of a laboratory bike that be able to supply the necessary information about composit material.
The BR Bike Research  is the same factory developed the carbon chassis for DB7 Oro Nero.

new Tesi for Moto2???

Le riviste di settore ne hanno parlato poco e probabilmente solo i più attenti avranno notato quel telaio simil-Tesi esposto nello stand Bimota durante l’EICMA. Di seguito posto le foto per meglio chiarirvi di cosa stò parlando.

The motorcycle magazines speak a bit and it is probabily only the observant fan noticed that chassis like as Tesi showed in Bimota stand during the last EICMA. Below I post the picture so you can understand better what I’m speaking about.

Se guardate bene noterete come il forcellone posteriore e la piastra in magnesio del telaio sulla quale si fissa siano simili/uguali con quelli della HB4 per la Moto2…

Questa è la mia osservazione.

In effetti sembra che in azienda stiano lavorando ad un prototipo in tal senso…

Notate anche come sia differente l’attacco e la posizione della sospensione anteriore rispetto alle precedenti configurazioni delle Tesi…

Notate anche come ci sia una maggiore pulizia dovuta ad un minore numero dei leveraggi dello sterzo…

If you see the picture you can observe the rear swingarm and the chassis’magnesium plate where it fix on is like as the pieces used on HB4 Moto2…

This is a my observation.

In fact it seems Bimota engineering is working on that…

Please notice the junction and position of front suspension and comparision with the last Tesi configuration, it is different…

Please notice the greater clean by a less presence of steering’s leverages…
