Ecco ora la comparazione con la BMW S 1000RR, moto dalla quale proviene il motore e l'elettronica di gestione (modificata da Bimota in funzione del nuovo scarico) e controllo della BB3 (compreso di anti wheele, anti spin, traction control, ecc...).
