Woolf...

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Bikers Will Never Get Another Speeding Ticket With New App-Wristband Combo
VERONA, Italy August 2, 2016 - A perfectly legal way for bikers to avoid ever getting a speeding ticket again has been developed by a design team in Verona, Italy. WOOLF, a leather wristband that connects to the biker's smartphone through its dedicated app, notifies the biker through a series of vibrations if they are approaching a speed controlled area. Bikers then know exactly when and where to slow down without having to take their eyes off the road. It's a safe, accurate way available to avoid hefty fines, license suspensions, and other harsh penalties.
The wristband, which was designed to blend in seamlessly with motorcycle gear, is made in Italy from the finest leather, water-resistant, and fits comfortably even under the tightest gloves. It's dependable and, with normal use, the long-lasting battery will work for up to 15 days on a single three-hour charge. In addition to that, the app, which is available with iOS and Android, is linked to the Worldwide Speed Camera DataBase, a mapping system known worldwide for its accuracy.
"We wanted to create a device that kept bikers safe on the road and, at the same time, help them avoid getting speeding tickets or other driving penalties. It needed to be user-friendly, highly accurate, and discrete by blending in with their look, so they would actually wear it. We took all of these aspects into account while developing WOOLF. It covers all of these point and is less expensive than the minimum traffic penalty!" says WOOLF strategist and co-founder, Federico Tognetti.
The team that developed WOOLF is made up of a well-rounded group with expertise in a range of fields from software development and design, to strategic growth and management for multinational companies. The startup was co-founded by Matteo Bissoli, Simone Camporeale and Federico Tognetti in 2015. WOOLF is their flagship product and after six months of research, development, and testing the final prototype is ready for production. WOOLF is set to hit the market in Spring of next year. It’s designed by Paolo Cappello, winner of many international prizes, whose works have been showcased in many expositions in Rome, Milan, New York, Paris, São Paulo, Miami, London and Dubai.
Those interested in receiving a WOOLF before the wristbands hit the market will have the chance to pre-order theirs for a limited time exclusively through Kickstarter. From now until August 27, early adopters can get the wristband, which retails at 139 euros, at up to 40 euros off.

WOOLF is the first wristband made by motorcyclists for motorcyclists.
Thanks to its accurate positioning system, WOOLF will let you know when there are speed cameras or other measurement devices nearby. WOOLF signals you using vibrations that increase in frequency as you approach the controlled area.
Safety, freedom and speed. As a motorcyclist, you just have to keep your eyes on the road and enjoy the ride – WOOLF will let you know when to watch out using its global mapping service. The closer your bike gets to a speed check, the more insistently your wristband will vibrate to warn you. This lets you reach the perfect speed right as you pass through the controlled area.
WOOLF brings together the fun of riding with greater levels of safety, and can save you money! Wave goodbye to expensive speeding fines, license suspensions, and other harsh penalties. WOOLF allows you as a motorcyclist to slow down at just the right moment without taking your attention away from the road!
The wristband, with a design 100% made in Italy, has been carefully designed with biker clothing in mind and is made from the best, water-resistant leather. It's slim and comfortable and fits perfectly even under close-fitting biker gloves. WOOLF is a completely legal accessory.
We're counting on our crowdfunding campaign to make this a reality. You can support WOOLF through Kickstarter.com!

like a wasp...

The SB4 was Bimota’s take on the Suzuki GSX-R 1100 of the time, and just 272 were built – 34 of which were the even-more-exclusive SB4S model. 1 of those 34 has been converted into quite a custom by Harry Mailet of what used to be The Performance Works in California. As soon as he got his SB4S, he tore it down to the frame and then went to town, with new paint, a 1,325cc big bore kit, SuperTrapp bike, and other mods leading to approximately 130 horsepower.

start the season!

go go go!
